Prolifto provides ecommerce software for merchants, including a storefront, admin dashboard, and API. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit prolifto.store, create an account, or use the platform.
Data we collect
We collect the data you give us, the data created when you use the service, and limited technical data from your browser.
- Account details such as name, email address, phone number, and password hash.
- Store details such as store name, catalog, orders, customers, delivery rates, and settings.
- Customer data you store in your shop. In that case, you are the controller and we process it on your instructions.
- Technical data such as IP address, device, browser, pages visited, and referring page.
- Communications with our team and billing or contact details for paid plans.
How we use data
- Provide, secure, and support the service.
- Create stores and accounts and keep them available to your team.
- Process orders and send transactional email or notifications.
- Reconcile cash-on-delivery records and produce reports.
- Improve the product and understand aggregate usage.
- Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases
We process data where necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, or with your consent where required.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Algeria. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to protect it, including contractual safeguards with our providers.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Merchant data is deleted or returned according to the agreement when a store closes.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No system is completely secure. Protect your password, use the available account security features, and report concerns to us.
Your rights
Under Algerian Law No. 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict the processing of your data.

Children
The platform is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
