Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Prolifto platform, including the admin dashboard, storefront, API, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Prolifto provides software for running a storefront, catalog, orders, COD reconciliation, delivery rates, analytics, and API access. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Accounts and stores
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and have authority to create and operate the store. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the access you give your team.
Plans, trials, and fees
The Free plan is available with the limits published on the pricing page. Paid plans and trials are arranged with our team today. Prices and limits may change for future billing periods; we will tell you before a change applies to you.
Merchant responsibilities
- Sell lawful products and services and keep descriptions, prices, and stock accurate.
- Set clear delivery, return, and COD terms for your customers.
- Provide customer service and handle customer disputes.
- Handle customer data lawfully and only for the purposes you are allowed to use it.
- Pay your taxes, carrier fees, and any platform fees that apply to your plan.
Cash on delivery
COD cash is collected by you or your carrier. Prolifto records reconciliation data but does not hold or remit COD cash unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not use Prolifto for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity. Do not send spam, attack the service, attempt to access another merchant's data, reverse engineer the platform, or resell it without permission.
Third-party services
The service may connect to carriers, email providers, hosting, payment providers, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
Intellectual property
Prolifto owns the platform, brand, and software. You own the content you upload. You give us the permission needed to host, process, and display your content so we can provide the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that orders, carrier settlements, or data will be free of mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your operational records.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or carrier and customer disputes. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum allowed by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, illegal activity, non-payment, or risk to the service. Data handling after termination follows the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Algeria.
